However after spending endless amounts of money on the vehicle (which was purchase from another garage 3 years previous) I decided to purchase a vehicle from catterick service station. I am so pleased I did! The service was outstanding. Jonny went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me & my family. He took into account what I needed in a vehicle. I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan. Jonny offered me a fantastic part exchange and worked with my budget for new purchase. I am so happy with the Tiguan drives like a dream. I've used CSS for a long time to buy all my cars and see no reason at all to change and use someone else.
I've got a good working relationship with them and am treated as a regular customer.
There's always a really good selection of low mileage and good standard vehicles to choose from and have always found them very accommodating and the staff very personable which has probably got a lot to do with it being a family run business.
I use them for all my servicing and always receive a courtesy car while mine is with them for any jobs that need doing to it.
They're always busy there which again goes to show the dependable reputation they have earnt over the years.
As I say, I'd be reluctant to use anyone else when buying a very good, high standard second hand vehicle.

Managed to get a stone stuck behind my brake disc, I pulled in at the garage after 6:30pm when the garage was closing up, there was no hesitation in coming out to help and tried to sort the problem immediately, unfortunately it was really stuck in there but I left the car and they had it ready for me by 7:49am the next morning knowing I had a meeting to get too, it wasn't just the fixing of the issue, it was the unwavering willingness to help, from everyone in the garage and also the forecourt shop, impeccable service

My daugher and I were in a bit of a pickle , having a nail in our tyre and not from the local area. The guys from the MOT and servicing station were incredibly helpful, going above an beyond to help, at 4pm on a very hot Saturday afternoon, enabling us to get home safely over an hour away- unlike Halfords and kwik fit that wouldn't help us out at all.

Excellent service, highly recommend them. I had a soft tyre whilst travelling at work and also needed fuel, Catterick Service Station (not my local garage) was the first garage I came to. On paying for fuel I asked if they had an air pump as I was happy to pump up the tyre myself but the lady on the till told me that if I took my car into the garage they'd do it for me. The young gentleman who attended to the tyre was extremely helpful and provided advice on checking for a slow puncture. Definitely would recommend them for their excellent service and price of fuel. I have had several interactions with the family and the garage and all have been excellent. We bought a Vauxhall from them and every time I had a query, they were courteous, more than helpful, would go far more than the extra mile and on two occasions when we needed help and they were nearby, they looked after us with the sort of attentive care that is sadly becoming rarer these days.
I will always go to them now for aftercare, services, MoT etc because I can trust them implicitly. There is no rush, no hard sell, just a very efficient and reliable family firm who will always deal with people with warmth and humanity. I recommend them extremely positively.

Just bought our second car from Catterick service station. Excellent service from Jamie, who guided us through the part exchange of our car (that had faulty turbo) and purchase of a shiny nissan qashquai. The whole process was quick, efficient and we were very happy with price given for our faulty car in part exchange even arranged to collect it and we live 50 miles away! Just really great service from a family business who really care about what they do!
Jamie spent time setting everything up for me, full mot, 6 months tax, service, warranty and half a tank of fuel!
The qashquai is fab and I'm even getting used to the electric handbrake.

There were about 60 photos of the car on the website so we thought it was worth the chance of getting it delivered and it was a great decision (once we were Covid-free of course!). I have been buying cars for 43 years and never have I enjoyed the experience so much!

Jamie is a real asset to the business. The car I bought was well priced and perfectly described. The part exchange price on my car was very fair and I didn't even need to haggle on the price because they offered a very fair deal. Jamie sorted all the paperwork out for me and even hooked up the blue tooth on my phone to the car for me.

The new car is a delight to drive and I will be back to see Jamie in about 4 years when I swap again and a little sooner when my wife's car needs swapping.

Thoroughly recommended and well worth a 2 hour drive to do business with them.

I limped into the service station shortly before 7.30 this morning after breaking down on the A1 and got an immediate welcome and assurance that my car would be looked at once the mechanics arrived. Which they did, identifying the problem quickly and explaining the situation fully. It needed a new part which they were able to locate and have delivered, so that I was able to drive off in a fully repaired car before 10.30am. Not only was the service excellent but also throughout the process I was made to feel like a friend who had dropped in unexpectedly, rather than a nuisance with a problem to fix. Thanks
